Muscle Building Rules for Slim Men and Girls

Why can’t you gain weight? Although there may be many reasons to be thin, the most obvious reason is your genetics. If your parents are lean by nature or have a small frame, then you will most likely have the same small body type. To some extent, your size can also be controlled by your metabolism. If you are having difficulty gaining weight of any kind (fat or muscle), then you are likely to have a fast metabolism. This simply means that your body is burning calories at a faster rate than normal. You should take this into account whenever you are considering a specific diet or exercise program. Is it directed toward someone who has your metabolism goal? Hundreds or even thousands. Some work and others do not. But with a specific goal of gaining weight, there are some universal things that all thin men should do. Although a lot of the information I cover here is not as ‘magic’ as you might like, I consider these rules to be the basics when it comes to weight gain. These are not all the answers, but they are specific elements that must be addressed in any successful weight gain program. You should be able to easily incorporate these rules into your existing program to make it more suitable for your specific body and goals. General Rules 1. Get appropriate information regarding your specific situation and goals. The first big problem that I find with most people is the lack of correct information. Yes, you are passionate and do things, but your effort is wasted on incorrect diet and training information. Basically, skinny men take advice from people who have never had a problem with gaining weight. Want to know how to gain weight? Then find someone who walks on your shoes. Someone has been where you are. 2- Set a specific target and make an attack plan. If you are going to drive your car across the country to another city, will you start driving randomly, or are you planning a road that will connect you quickly and efficiently? Think of your plan as a road map and your goal as a destination for you. Without a specific plan and goal, you will be without focus and can easily be lost or tracked. This happens more often than you know. I see a lot of people in the gym doing anything, or eating anything – with no set plan or goal. They wonder why they’re not making progress. They have no focus. Having a specific program that you must follow allows you to take action every day. This procedure focuses on directing you precisely to your destination quickly. There is no thinking, debate or guesswork. just do it. A specific plan provides the essential daily structure that not only keeps you on the way forward, but also helps you develop good eating and training habits that will benefit you long after you reach your destination.
